I graduated from the University of Alberta in 2025 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology majoring in Sports Performance. My passion for movement and the human body began at a young age through competitive dance. I spent 15 years training in a variety of dance styles including ballet, pointe, contemporary, jazz, and modern.
My journey with The Bridge started as a patient; an experience that left a lasting impression and deep appreciation for the clinic’s approach to rehab and performance. During my time at university, I spent two years working with the Pandas Rugby team as a student kinesiologist, gaining valuable hands-on experience in athlete care and performance support.
Now as a strength coach at The Bridge, I am passionate about helping both athletes and individuals in the general population achieve their rehab and performance goals.
Outside the clinic, you can find me traveling, camping in the mountains, resistance training, and finding new ways to challenge myself!
